Lask, the traditional club from Austria, has experienced a significant surge in recent years. The foundation for this success was, however, laid years ago. Lask's CEO Siegmund Gruber tells of the challenges the club has overcome to become one of the most successful clubs in Austria today. "We wanted to break the cycle that has been plaguing LASK for decades: sporting successes, followed by financial problems, followed by setbacks," explains Gruber. "We wanted to create a club that functions independently of individual people and can still be successful in 50 or 100 years." To achieve this, the responsible parties at Lask have relied on sustainable financing, professional structures, and strong partnerships. "We have always set our sights on infrastructure, youth development, and strong partnerships," says Gruber. "We wanted to create a club whose success is built on a stable foundation." Lask has successfully pursued these goals in recent years and is today one of the most successful clubs in Austria. The club has a strong infrastructure, successful youth development, and a wide range of strong partnerships. "We are proud of what we have achieved," says Gruber. "We will continue to work to secure our success and achieve our goals."
